Method

Prepare Ingredients
  1. Set up mise en place by slicing steak thinly, peeling and deveining shrimp, mincing garlic, slicing bell pepper, and breaking broccoli into florets.
  2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
Cook the Noodles
  1. Bring salted water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and toss with a little oil to prevent clumping, then set aside.
Heat the Pan
  1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Cook the Steak
  1. Add the thinly sliced steak in a single layer and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned and just cooked through.
  2. Remove steak from the pan and tent with foil to keep warm.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Add remaining tablespoon of oil and shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
  2. Remove shrimp and set aside with steak.
Stir-fry the Aromatics and Vegetables
  1. Reduce heat slightly and stir-fry minced garlic for 20-30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add bell pepper and broccoli, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine Noodles and Sauce
  1. Add cooked noodles into the pan with vegetables and pour sauces over.
  2. Toss to coat evenly without making it soupy.
Return Steak and Shrimp
  1. Add back in the cooked steak and shrimp, toss gently to combine and heat through for another 30-60 seconds.
Plate and Garnish
  1. Serve onto plates or a platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Work fast on high heat but keep an eye on the garlic to avoid burning it. Use pre-cooked rotisserie steak or leftover roast beef to cut cooking time.
