Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the ziti pasta according to package instructions; do not overcook.
  2. In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in spaghetti sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Mix the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in one cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Combine and Bake
