  • 1.5 cups Garlic and Herb Boursin The star of the show, this cheese brings a burst of flavor and richness.
  • to taste Kosher Salt Essential for enhancing the flavor of your pasta and sauce.
Optional Add-Ons

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Start by boiling a large pot of salted water.
  2. Cook the fusilli corti bucati until al dente.
  3. Remember to reserve a little pasta water—this will help the sauce adhere better to the noodles.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a separate saucepan, gently simmer the evaporated milk over medium-low heat.
  2. When warm, stir in the Boursin cheese until melted and well combined.
  3. Once you’ve achieved a glossy, thickened sauce, combine it with the drained pasta.
  4. Add a splash of reserved pasta water as needed to achieve your desired creamy consistency.
